Your New Mental Health Method
Meet your biggest stressors and heaviest feelings with a cutting-edge methodology that leverages expanded states, evolutionary biology, Buddhist psychology and neuroscience by teaching your brain and body to move through — not around — life’s challenges.
The EXPANDED Method
The EXPANDED Method was designed as a bio-psycho-social-spiritual framework for teaching students to walk through life’s discomforts and challenges, as opposed to around them (aka. bypassing).
While EXPANDED is grounded in the science of human behavior, Buddhist psychology, neuroscience, evolutionary biology and quantum physics, the primary difference between EXPANDED and traditional forms of therapy lies in:
the use of plant medicine and/or other expanded states of consciousness
actively training and empowering you as a student, as opposed to a patient
focusing on the emotions and events you desire (i.e., peace, safety, purpose, abundance ), as opposed to a focus on what you don’t (i.e., anxiety, depression, negativity)
Welcome to EXPANDED.

Why Are Expanded States of Consciousness So Useful?
The EXPANDED Mission:
“To inspire individual and collective wellbeing through tangible science and sacred states.”
A Peaceful Space to Relax
In-person appointments take place in a soothing, fully private session space. Complimentary wellness beverages, cozy blankets and more are provided to create a restorative environment that allows you to be fully present for the time and effort you invest in yourself.
Remote Options
While in-office sessions provide the benefit of removing distractions (e.g., noise, kids, a full sink of dishes) and regulating the nervous system allowing for deeper work, I’ve got you covered with a telehealth option in the case of far proximity, inclement weather or other scheduling conflicts.
